Terms of Service

MAGURO Technologies Version 1.0 · Effective 28 October 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of magurotech.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

MAGURO Technologies is a sole proprietorship of Snehanshu Anand Sakhare, of Plot No. 81, Kanji House Road, Binaki, Nagpur – 440017, Maharashtra, India. Email: hello@magurotech.com.

In these Terms, “MAGURO Technologies”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Snehanshu Anand Sakhare trading as MAGURO Technologies. “You” means anyone who uses the Site.

2. These Terms are for website visitors only

  • These Terms cover browsing the Site and using its contact form. They do not cover any services we provide.
  • Nothing on the Site creates a client relationship, a contract for services, a quotation or an offer. Neither does anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
  • Any work we do for you will be governed only by a separate written agreement signed by you and us. If you become a client, that agreement governs the engagement, not these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under Indian law to use the Site or to contact us through it. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

4. Information on the Site is not an offer

  • Descriptions of our services, our process and our care plans are general information. They are not an offer, a quotation, a promise of results, or professional advice for your situation.
  • We do not publish prices. All work is quoted per project. Scope, price, timelines, support levels, response times and any uptime commitment become binding only when they are set out in a written agreement signed by both of us.
  • Where the Site describes support, maintenance or hosting, it describes a best-effort service, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
  • We try to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we may change its content at any time without notice.

5. Acceptable use

When you use the Site, you must not:

  • use it for anything unlawful, or in breach of these Terms;
  • upload, send or link to malware, viruses or any other harmful code;
  • impersonate any person or organisation, or give false or misleading information;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any related account or system, or interfere with or overload the Site;
  • carry out security testing, scanning or vulnerability probing of the Site without our prior written permission;
  • send spam or automated submissions through the contact form;
  • copy or scrape the Site’s content in bulk, other than normal indexing by search engines.

6. Intellectual property

  • The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics and code, belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by law.
  • The name MAGURO and the MAGURO fish logo are trade marks used by MAGURO Technologies. You may not use them without our written permission.
  • Parts of the Site are built with open-source software. Those components remain under their own licences, and nothing in these Terms limits your rights under those licences.
  • You may view the Site, and print or save pages, for your own personal use or internal business use, such as evaluating our services. You may not otherwise copy, republish, modify or commercially use the Site’s content without our written permission.
  • Intellectual property in work we create for clients is dealt with in the client agreement, not in these Terms.

7. What you send us

  • When you send us information through the contact form or by email, you confirm that it is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that sharing it does not break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
  • Sending us information does not create a duty of confidence, and it does not make us your adviser. Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive material in an enquiry. If you need to share such material, ask us for a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) first and wait until it is signed.
  • Sending us an idea does not transfer ownership of that idea to us. We work on many projects, so we may already be working on, or may later develop, similar ideas independently. These Terms do not restrict that.
  • We use personal data you send us as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site may link to websites we do not control, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the website.

9. Availability and disclaimer

  • We provide the Site “as is” and “as available”, on a best-effort basis. We take reasonable steps to keep it working and secure. However, we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
  • To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and conditions about the Site that are not expressly set out in these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

  • The Site is provided free of charge, for information. To the extent the law allows, the following are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or your inability to use it:
    • Snehanshu Anand Sakhare, trading as MAGURO Technologies;
    • any subcontractor he engages.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under Indian law.
  • Liability for any services we provide is governed only by the signed agreement for those services.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any loss, claim, damages and reasonable costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:

  • (a) unlawful or infringing content that you send us; or
  • (b) your use of the Site in breach of section 5.

12. Changes to the Site or these Terms

  • We may change, suspend or withdraw the Site, or any part of it, at any time.
  • We may update these Terms. Each version has a version number and an effective date, shown at the top. We will post a notice on the Site before a material change takes effect.
  • The version in force when you use the Site applies to that use. Changes do not apply to past use.

13. General

  • If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms stays in effect.
  • If we do not enforce a right immediately, we have not given it up.
  • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the Site.

14. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
